Cancellation and Return Policy of mark Jewellers
General Return Policy
The followingis the General Return Policy applicable to all items sold on markjewellers.co.in. This policy is valid for 08 hours after delivery of the order on the item greater than Rs.1000. No exchange policy is applicable on the items less than or equal to the invoice value of Rs 1000. It must be reported to us within 08 hours of delivery otherwise Item will be consider sold.
No Return, exchange or refund after 08 hours of delivery.
Return & Replacement Criteria
- Item delivered is different from what ordered.
- Item delivered with any manufacturing defect.
How to raise a return request?
If the customer wants to return the Item against above mentioned Return & Replacement Criteria, the customer has to lodge a Return request or Complaint on our mailing address i.e. “markjewellers@gmail.com” with the exact image of the defective product within 08 hours of receiving the order.
In case the customer wants to return the item, please ensure:
- The Item is unused.
- It isin itsoriginal condition.
- It has all the Labels and Tagsintact.
- Teared labels attached to the Item will not be consider for return.
markjewellers.co.in” will confirm the return request and will inform the customer about the pickup and drop process of the items.
If the returned Item is found perfect as per Terms& Conditions,“markjewellers.co.in” will refund the cost of theitem (Without Shipping Charges) to customer’s Bank Account given by the customer.
How to cancel the order?
Please Note: Cancellation request can be accepted only before shipment of the ordered product.
Mark jewellers reserves the right to cancel the order under the following conditions:
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
- Non-serviceable locations.
- Restriction on the quantity, quality and size limitation.
- Problems Identified during our Inspection before dispatch.
- Incomplete or Inaccurate address filled by customer.
Terms and Conditions
- Any item which has been used/worn or altered is not eligible for return and no money will be refunded.
- The physically damage product cannot be returned.
- If the return request is raised beyond the specified timeline, the item purchasedwill not be eligible for return.
Terms and Conditions (In Case of Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewellery)
- Item is not eligible for return if Gross Weight and Gold Weight of returned item does not match with the actual weight, mentioned in invoice at the time of supply.
- Item is not eligible for return if the studded Precious, Semi-Precious Stones and Diamonds are found in broken condition/or found in replaced condition.
- Item is not eligible for return if Tags attached to itemare not found in their original condition.
The Exchange Policy of Gold, Silver & Diamond Items
We offer a convenient exchange facility to our members. The Exchange Policy offered is limited to certain categories of product, details of which is mentioned below :
- Gold Jewellery: The value of gold(As per Purity) at the prevailing gold rate would be adjusted against the new purchase. Precious and Semi-Precious Stones, making charges, hallmarking charges, internet payment gateway charges, shipping charges and taxes would not be adjusted.
- Diamond Jewellery: The value of gold ( As per Purity) at the prevailing gold rate and 90% of the Diamond’s Invoiced value would be adjusted against the new purchase. Precious and Semi-Precious Stones, making charges, hallmarking charges, internet payment gateway charges, shipping charges and taxes would not be adjusted.
- Silver Jewellery: No-Exchange.
- Kundan Jewellery: No-Exchange.
- Silver Gift Articles &Utensils: No-Exchange.
- Loose Gemstones: No-Exchange.
- Gemstone Strings: No-Exchange.
Terms & Conditions for Exchange Policy of Gold, Silver & Diamond Items
- All Items must be accompanied with original Invoice. No exchange would be accepted in the absence of the original invoice.
- Items for exchange are subject to quality inspection.
- Shipping and handling charges for the new item against the exchange of old item, will be borne by the member.
- The markjewellers.co.in reserves the right to change the exchange price of the product subject to the quality inspection.
- In case of an exchange, the member would need to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before the dispatch of the new product.
- The customer must inform “markjewellers.co.in” in case he/she would like to avail the exchange facility before shipping the product he/she wishes to exchange.
All disputes are subjected to Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
