•  Delivery Time
• Item will be shiped within 2-3 working days after receipt of paid order.
• Shipment time will depends upon our shipment partner and other unavoidable conditions.

        When will your order arrived?

• We work towards ensuring that each item in your order is shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the date ofthe order. However, it may sometimes take up to 3 or more working days due to festivals, or when there are other mitigating circumstances. During such an event, do not be alarmed. Your order should reach you in 5 to 7 business days.

• Refund will raised only after recieved of Item at our registered office.
• Refund will raised after proper inspection of Item.
• Refund will raised if returned Item found Ok after inspection.
• Refund will be transferred directly to the customers bank account within 10 working days.
• Customer will provide all the account detail through email i.e markjewellers@gmail.com.
• Refund will be transferred through NEFT & RTGS ONLY.
